A trainer cannot prove they own an account (there is no email on file), so self-service resets are off. These are the people who asked — set a new password from the Trainers tab and tell them on Discord.
Every trainer, order and setting is copied into the database once a day at 03:20 UTC, and the last 30 copies are kept. Restoring shows what it would change before it changes anything.
Every send is recorded here, so "no email arrived" can be told apart from "it was never sent". One order normally produces three rows: your notification, the buyer's receipt, and the delivered message when you confirm it. Buyers' addresses are shown masked. If these say sent and nothing arrives, check spam — this is still a young sending domain.
